Required GBCS Online Documentation and Acknowledgements

  • Per state and federal guidelines, Grand Blanc Community Schools has several different forms that must be completed for all students; below is information on a few of these required forms.  For more information on required forms or assistance with any form or login, please contact your student's office.

  • Rights & Responsibilities Handbook

  • The Student Rights & Responsibilities Handbook consists of policies and procedures governing student conduct, rules, and regulations including the district AUP form.  Parents/Guardians must acknowledge the handbook every one-two years. 

     

    To acknowledge the Student Rights & Responsibilities Handbook:

    1. Log into ParentVue*
    2. Download the form
    3. Mark it as acknowledged 

     

     

     

  • Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

  • The Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) document sets forth guidelines governing student use of Technology Resources (chromebooks, wireless, district accounts, etc...).  As of August 13, 2021, the AUP form is part of the Student Handbook and, as such, is acknowledged as part of the Student Handbook acknowledgement process.

     

    To acknowledge the District AUP form:

    1. Log into ParentVue*
    2. Download the Student Handbook (the AUP is a part of the Student Handbook)
    3. Mark it as acknowledged 

     

     



  • Online Registration

  • Parents/Guardians are required to complete online registration each school year to verify student information, emergency contacts, and other vital information.  Online registration must be completed for each student registered at GBCS and, when available, multiple students can be included in one online registration session.  Parents/Guardians are also required to use the online registration process whenever their contact information (email, phone, etc...) changes so that buildings always have up-to-date information.

     

    To Complete Online Registration:

    1. Log into ParentVue*
    2. Click the Registration tab at the top
    3. Complete all areas and submit registration
