Please click on the area below for help with common tech issues/questions. To access any document referenced in one of the areas below, students will need to be logged into their school Google account.

Help with ABC Mouse, SeeSaw, and other Elementary Resources
For assistance logging into ABC Mouse, SeeSaw, or another elementary platform, please contact your (your child's) teacher. Teachers are the best resource for how to log into these platforms.

Accessing Resources via Classlink
Several student resources can only be accessed by logging into Classlink.
To log into Classlink* go to
https://www.launchpad.classlink.com/gbcs
link is also accessible in the GBCS folder in the Chrome folder bar
*if the browser indicates that the link is not private, click the Advanced button, then click the link near the bottom to proceed.
Student Login
Username: 6 digit student ID
Password: student's chromebook password
Once logged into Classlink, click on the button for the program you are trying to access.
Resources available to students by logging into Classlink include:
- Star Testing (Reniassance Learning)*
- Clever*
- includes Amplify, Big Ideas Math, BrainPop, TCI, and other items as assigned by grade level
- ConnectEd/McGraw Hill*
- includes Wonders Reading, StudySync, Aleks, Math 8, and other items as assigned by grade level
- Pearson*
- Houghton Mifflin/HRW*
- Khan Academy
- Splash Math
- Xtra Math
- ABCya
- Epic
and more
*items marked with an asterisk (*) are single sign on applications and will sign students into the platform once clicking the button in Classlink.

Setting up Classlink to Sign in with a Google Account
Users have the ability to connect their Classlink and Google accounts so that on future Classlink logons the user can just click the Sign in with Google button*.
To connect Classlink and Google accounts:
- Log onto Classlink using the Chrome browser or on a chromebook using your Classlink username and password
- Click the down arrow to the far right (next to the circle) then the My Profile button
- Click the blue Sign in Options from the link on the left
- Click the blue Connect button to the far right of the Google Account line to connect your two accounts then complete the steps to select an account, if needed, and finalize.
*Sign in with Google is only available with @gbcs.org or @gbstu.org accounts.

Troubleshooting Classlink to Clever Login Issues
When logging into rostered apps (Clever, Pearson, etc…), students must use Classlink in order for the proper usernames and passwords to populate.
To solve potential issues with logging into Classlink please go through each of the below steps until the connection is working again:- Ensure you are using the correct URL (https://launchpad.classlink.com/gbcs)
- Ensure the Classlink extension is installed in Chrome*
- Ensure cookies aren't blocked
- Check for and Remove any saved Classlink or Clever passwords inside of Chrome
- Check for and Remove any saved Clever passwords in Classlink
- Clear browser history, cache, and cookies*
- Remove user from device and log back in
*Students are not able to do all of these steps

Removing a User/Account from a Chromebook
When a Google password has just changed, a chromebook screen blacks out then shows restore chrome then repeats, or there are logon issues with a product, removing the user/account from a chromebook usually helps and is a good first step.
To remove a user/account from a chromebook:
- Log off of the device (click in the area by the clock and choose "Sign Out")
- Once logged out, click the down arrow to the right of the logged in user's name
- Click the Remove Account link (should be blue)
- Click the second Remove Account link (should be red) to confirm
- Log the student or yourself back into the device
