Teachers and Administrators are granted a Pivot account the first time they login to Pivot.
Users will not have a Pivot account until they login to the system at least once.
There are two different ways that users can login to Pivot:
*Login Credentials (for either option)
Username: your network name
(this is what comes before the @ in your gbcs email address)
Password: your regular password
(this is what you use to sign into your computer and/or email)
Administrators must add or remove staff from their Evaluating Staff roster in Pivot. This can be done by doing the following:
To Add Staff to your Roster
To Remove Staff from your Roster (This is done before clicking the green person plus button)
