Please review the rules for the Oldham Pool Open Swim program here.
When you sign in to the pool facility at the Grand Blanc Athletic Complex, you agree to follow these rules.

There are lifeguards on duty during all Open Swim times. 

Fee is $5* per session, or purchase an Open Swim Punch Card for $40*/10 Sessions!
*Cash price. Note that credit cards are now accepted, but you will be charged an additional fee.

Open Swim Times for December!
December 1 -20, 2025

• Monday & Thursday: 6 am-9 am
• Saturday: 10 am-5 pm

Open Swim over Winter Break :
December 22, 2025 - January 3, 2026

• Tentatively OPEN Monday, Tuesday, Friday, & Saturday: 10 am-5 pm

(POOL CLOSED FOR HOLIDAYS: December 25/26 and December 31/January 1, 2026)

Pool Information

The Craig Oldham Pool at the Grand Blanc Athletic Complex was built as a part of Zero-Increase Bond work passed in 2020 by voters in Grand Blanc.

• 36 meters long by 25 yards wide

• 4 feet at the shallow end (west end) to 12.5 feet deep (dive wells)

• Able to run short course yards and short course meters swim competitions with the use of a movable bulkhead

• Two 1-meter springboards and two 3-meter springboards for diving

• This pool replaced 2 pools at GBHS east and west campus buildings in 2023 (Both old pools have been closed, filled, and are now being repurposed.)

• Named after beloved former GBHS teacher and swim coach, Craig Oldham

• Chlorinated water is generally between 78 and 80 degrees

This pool replaced two pools at GBHS, which are now both closed - one at east campus (1963 - 2023) and one at the west campus (1976 - 2023). They have been filled in and transitioned to usable space.
