Grand Blanc Community Schools uses SchoolPay for a variety of district payments including:
- Chromebook Repairs
- Chromebook Insurance
- Children's Garden Tuition
- Early College
- Lunch Deposits (including automatic deposits and low balance notifications...more information coming soon)
...and many more building and classroom costs
Getting Started with SchoolPay

Step 1- Register
To start using SchoolPay, parents/guardians just need to complete registration and account setup.
To Complete your Registration:
- Go to the district SchoolPay site at https://gbcs.schoolpay.com/
- Click the Find My Account button and follow the steps to see if an account has been created for you
- Parent/guardian accounts were pre-registered using information available in Synergy*
Were you able to find an account?
IF YES- Follow the directions to complete account setup
IF NO- Click the Create an Account button to create a new account*

*If you do not find an account, it could be that the email address you entered does not match the email address in our Student Information System, Synergy. Please check your email address in Synergy ParentVue and update accordingly

Step 2- View Available Items and Pay
Once you are registered for SchoolPay, you will see any items that are available for payment for your student(s). If an item is available only for a particular student (because of grade level, building, etc...) that item will only be listed under that student.
To pay for an item on SchoolPay, add the item to your cart, complete any required fields, and checkout. You can pay for multiple items at once by adding multiple items to your cart.
Items will only be available in SchoolPay when they are available for payment so, there may be times when there are no items available.

Looking to pay Children's Garden Tuition on SchoolPay? Here's how it works...
If you currently have a K-12 student at GBCS...
- Visit https://gbcs.schoolpay.com/
- Click the Find my Account button
- Follow the steps to try to find your pre-made account. If you cannot find an account, create one.
- Once the account has been created, go to https://www.gbcs.org/cgtuition
- Select the items you want to purchase by adding them to your cart
- Complete any required dats fields
- Click the Checkout button and follow the steps to finalize your purchase
If you currently DO NOT have a K-12 student at GBCS...
- Go to https://www.gbcs.org/cgtuition
- Select the items you want to purchase by adding them to your cart
- Complete any required dats fields
- Click the Checkout button and follow the steps to finalize your purchase

SchoolPay Overview

SchoolPay and the GBCS Mobile App
SchoolPay, with its integrated dashboard, allows parents/guardians to make any school-related payments and/or check/replenish lunch balances all at the SchoolPay site.
In the GBCS mobile app, this means that the SchoolPay button will take the place of the PaySchools, Lunch Payments, and Check Lunch Balance buttons.
All school-related payments and lunch balance information will now be found inside of SchoolPay.

SchoolPay & Lunch Accounts
Through SchoolPay parents/guardians will be able to check lunch balances, add money to balances, set up automatic balance replenishments, check purchases, and more.
