My name is Amy Dunning, and I am excited to be entering my twentieth year as an instructor here at Grand Blanc High School. For the past 10 years, I've primarily taught junior and senior English, including Humanities, American Literature, Shakespeare, Public Speaking, and Media Literacy & Composition. I love this age group and really enjoy working with our students as they prepare for life at the college level and beyond. In addition to being a district teacher, I am also a mom to three kids who attend Grand Blanc Schools. We are a busy family juggling school, jobs, sports, travel, and lots of other fun activities. During the summer, you'll find me reading, digging in the yard, hanging out by the pool, trudging through my own writing projects, and heading Up North every chance I get.
