I am anxiously looking forward to ushering your child into his or her formal education! I went through Grand Blanc Community Schools for Kindergarten through graduation. I went to elementary school here at Indian Hill.  It was a very positive experience for me, and that is why I chose to become a teacher and teach in Grand Blanc. This is my thirteenth year teaching here. When I began teaching, I taught half-day Kindergarten and half-day Young Fives.  For four years I taught full-day Young Fives. This is my third year teaching Kindergarten at Indian Hill!

I graduated from Cedarville University in Ohio with a B.A. in Early Childhood Education.  I am certified to teach all subjects Kindergarten through Fifth Grade. I also have an Early Childhood Endorsement which means I am also highly qualified to teach Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten students.  Additionally, I have a Masters in Education in Curriculum and Instruction from Ferris State University.
