Viewing Report Cards on ParentVue

Please note: For Marking Period 1, there will not be report cards for Bobcat Innovation- Virtual classes or Kindergarten/Developmental Kindergarten students at any building. These classes/students will have report cards at the end of first semester in January.

StudentVue Directions

Once marking period/semester grades have been finalized, parents will be able to view those report cards online by logging into ParentVue.

Go to Synergy ParentVue and log in with your username and password*
- The report card can also be viewed by using the ParentVue mobile app. The ParentVUE mobile app is available for download for free from the Apple and Android app stores and utilizes the same login as the Synergy/ParentVUE web portal accessed from a PC.

Select your first student from the student name drop down at the top left

Select Report Card from the navigation menu on the left

Middle/High School Report Cards

At the next screen, select the term to view (i.e. Marking Period 1, Marking Period 2, etc...)**.
Each hour in a student's schedule will be shown with the final grade for that term and any teacher comments***.
- EMS and WMS students will also have Citizenship scores (see citizenship key). For more even detail on middle school citizenship, please visit https://tinyurl.com/msrubric.

To view a report card for another middle or high school student, select the next student's name from the drop down in the upper left

Elementary & Bobcat Innovation (Standards Based) Report Cards

Student attendance totals will be shown near the top of the Report Card
Each graded standard will show with a numerical or alpha score (DK/KDG only)
- If your elementary student is taking a middle school class, the middle school marking period report card/grades can be found by clicking the Documents tab on the left then clicking the link to open the report card
- For more information on standards based scores, please see the report card legend at the bottom of the report card or the Elementary Standards Key
Report Card comments, if entered, will be at the bottom of the report card***
If available, a PDF version of the report card can be printed from the link at the top (elementary report cards only). This may not be available until later in the school year.
- Any elementary student taking a middle school class can find that report card under the Documents tab on the left
