Why can't I see my new staff member to add them to my evaluating staff roster?
Staff, including teachers, will not be listed in Pivot until they log in at least once. If a teacher is not showing in Pivot for you to add to your roster, make sure they log in to Pivot at least once. After that, they should be available to add to your evaluating staff roster.
If I changed my password do I need to change it on Pivot?
No. Your Pivot password is tied to your network password. Any changes made to your network password will automatically be changed in any system using that password including, but not limited to: Pivot, Classlink, Synergy, Outlook mail, etc.
