School Meals Update: as of October, 2025

Great news! The State of Michigan has passed a 2025–2026 budget, and free meals for all students through the Michigan Meals Program will continue for the school year. 

We still need all families to fill out the EBF. The Education Benefits Form collects information that qualifies the school to receive state and federal money for education programs. Without this info, GBCS could lose access to critical money for school programs and support that your student needs. Based on the information you give on the EBF, your child may qualify for other programs, as well, such as discounted fees for AP exams and college applications, cable/internet fees, and school/athletic program fees. (For this, you must permit sharing your information with the Sharing Information with Other Programs form that is included.)

PLEASE NOTE:

When registering a student for Meal Magic, zeros at the beginning of their ID number should be left off.

For example: 0075391 should be entered as 75391.

Grand Blanc Dining Service Charge Policy

All Grand Blanc students who attend classes in person are eligible for one free complete breakfast and one free complete lunch per day.  All snacks, beverages, extra entrees, second meals, etc. must be paid for at the time of purchase.  We accept payments of cash, check or money from your Family Portal Account. Students who do not have the funds for extra items at the time of purchase will not be allowed to charge these items.

The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:
