New students will receive their Chromebooks through their building library/teacher.

Chromebook repairs are handled through the building libraries.  Please have your student visit the library in their building.

If your student is having a problem logging on to their device or another related issue (see below), please complete our Chromebook Assistance form so we may assist you.*

Login issues may include:

• Unable to log on to device because student does not know their GBCS information
• Seeing an Enterprise Enrollment screen
• Unable to log on to a specific program (i.e. Classlink)
• Unable to log on to the device because the provided information isn't working

*Before submitting your issue, we suggest you have your student close all tabs, log off, and remove themselves from the device to see if that helps.  If not, please fill out the form as listed above.

How to Remove a User/Account from a Chromebook

1. Log off of the device (click in the area by the clock and choose "Sign Out")
2. Once logged out, click the down arrow to the right of the logged-in user's name
3. Click the Remove Account link (should be blue)
4. Click the second Remove Account link (should be red) to confirm
5. Log the student or yourself back into the device

Any student withdrawing from GBCS must turn in their district-issued Chromebook and charger.  Please call 591-1699 to make arrangements.

Failure to return district-issued technology will result in the parent/guardian being invoiced for the entire value of the device.
