How to Purchase Chromebook Protection

 
  • If you already have a GBCS SchoolPay account, go to SchoolPay and login, otherwise, go to https://www.gbcs.org/schoolpaycbprotection and follow the steps to finish account setup or create your account then login
  • Click the red View Items button at the 1:1 Chromebook protection line item
    • To read all the detail about protection, click the View More link or review the protection information on this page

  • Select the appropriate protection type by adding it to your cart (click the red Add to Cart button). 

What Protection Should you Buy?

  • Complete the required form fields
  • The first student tied to your SchoolPay account will be automatically selected so enter their information for Student 1 then complete the Additional Student Information field to provide information for additional students if selecting the Family option
  • Click the green Checkout button then complete your transaction by entering payment information
  • Once complete, Technology can see that protection has been purchased and a record of the purchase will be available in your SchoolPay account

*Chromebook protection is available for 3rd graders and up and all Bobcat Innovation students.  All other K-2 devices will be kept in classrooms.
