The Polar Plunge is BACK!!!!

The Polar Plunge is the biggest fundraiser for Special Olympics Michigan. All funds raised by Plungers help Special Olympics Michigan provide year-round training and services to over 23,000 athletes with intellectual disabilities across the state. Our GB Unified teams and individual athletes enthusiastically participate in many of the events offered, thanks to these fundraising efforts!

Last year our GBCS Unified Plunging team brought in $19,247 and GBCS Unified was the #1 K-12 school in the entire STATE!

We hope to match this effort again! To help, we have the GOLDEN PLUNGER!!! If you are new to the GBCS team, the Golden Plunger is awarded to the school building that raises the most money. They get to keep the Plunger in their building until the following year!

In order to keep track of each school building's donations, add your affiliated school after your name when you register. (ie Hawver_West)

(If you forget, you can edit this: From your fundraising page, click manage -> then details -> edit name.) Here you can also add a personal picture, and edit your fundraising page.

Too chicken to plunge? 

That's okay, follow the same link, join our team, and you will have the option to purchase a "To Chicken To Plunge" shirt for 20 dollars. This will also give you a fundraising page where you can still collect donations to support our students!
